KDH Projects Employer of the Year Award

KDH in line for double award

Nominated for the East Midlands
Employer of the Year Award

The company has been nominated due to its positive approach towards apprentices and its intensive training programme for them. Its current office apprentice, Victoria Hollamby, has also been nominated for Apprentice of the Year in the East Midlands area. KDH projects training manager, Joe Deamer, said:

“We approach apprenticeships with a great deal of enthusiasm. Although we are a construction company, we don’t just limit our apprenticeships to the construction trades. We currently have two apprentices out on site and one office based. The apprentice system is beneficial to both KDH and its trainees. They are learning valuable experience in their trades and we are improving the skills of future employees that are vital to our company’s growth. Without the young trainees coming through, our company cannot continue to expand and improve in these tough economic climates.”
